The Story

What were you thinking on? Your favorite games, those you even wouldn't lend to your friends! One morning, before leaving home, you left them piled next to the window. The deadly sun of July had no mercy, the disks were completely damaged. Completely? Well, there is still a solution! BCM, a explorer program will allow you to retrieve your games, but to achieve it, you will have to pick up the pieces of code in its correct order. The simulation is ready, your virtual avatar goes into the magical digital world, but...Damn! the pieces of code have re-shaped into a huge game of games! A game where you will have to explore each room picking up the pieces of code and restore its original order. The task won't be easy, but, was it easy any time?

our mission

Travel through all the rooms of the game, trying to recover, in the right order, the pieces of code spread all over the screen. This task won't be easy, because the re-shaping of the games has created dangerous tricks that will try to make you fail.
You will have to recover an undefined number of pieces of code in every room.
The score represents a number of spaces reserved for the complete sequence. Below, an arrow points at the expected piece of code, so, if you get it right, this piece of code will appear placed in its correct place, and then the arrow will point at the next space.

But, If you fail, the arrow will go forward anyways, and that will make you wait until the next turn to fix your mistake.
Hence, when you recover a piece of code, there are 2 possible things :
-You made it in the right order, so the piece will appear in its correct place, and it will step forward in the score table.
-You didn't make it in the correct order. In this case, the score table will step forward to the next position, and that piece of code won't appear as picked up.

If you lose a life, or if you pick all the pieces, the pieces of code that you haven't picked in the right order will spread all over the screen again, while the ones picked in its correct order will remain in the score table.

Score

The score system is as follows :

You will get 100 points at every level finished.
Every time you restart a level, because you died or because you didn't pick up the pieces in its correct order, you will be punished lowering your score in a proportional way with the number of pieces of code still to be picked up in order. So, in a screen with 5 pieces of code to pick up, the penalty would be 20 points for each one.

Keys

Use the cursor keys to move the character in the game.

Finding the correct order to pick up of the pieces of code depends on your skills, your luck and your hability, although the system will help you out by giving you a musical sign. Pay attention to the score box, so you can see if you have picked up the piece of code in its correct position. Jump carefully : that will be essential to complete your mission.
